Axmen Pick Up First Win of the Season Against the Doughboys
After a tough start to the 2026 Appalachian League season, the Kingsport Axmen finally broke into the win column on the road against the Johnson City Doughboys. It took six games, but the team got off the mat and secured the victory. The Axmen’s 48-game regular season runs through July 30, with home games at Hunter Wright Stadium.
