FAQ

Can I claim a listing?

Yes, you can! We had to enter some businesses manually to get started. If yours is one of those, just let us know, and we’ll give you the login details!

Why does it specify “Free Listing” on the registration page?

Rest assured, the listing will always be free. In the future there may be a paid option for a more prominent position in the directory.

I’ve already registered, but the “Add a Listing” page says I need to create an account.

If you’ve already registered, please log in first. The message will go away.

I’m a sole proprietor. Can I register my business?

If you’re based in the Tri-Cities area and offer services here, absolutely!

What if I have multiple locations?

The way that Google Maps is set up on individual listings, it’s not possible currently to have multiple locations in a single listing. If you have multiple locations, feel free to register them separately and put the location in parenthesis after the name. You can manage these listings with a single login (username).

I don’t have a website. Can I still register?

Yes! There is no requirement to list a website, but you’re also welcome to use your Facebook page.

How do I edit my listing?

When logged in, there will be a “Manage Listings” button on the main page. You can also visit your listing and click the “Edit” button.

Can you remove a listing?

If you no longer wish to be listed in our directory, let us know, and we’ll promptly remove the listing after verifying your identity.

Can I write a guest blog?

We’ll have to moderate the content, but if you’d like to write a guest blog about your business or what you love about the Tri-Cities area (you don’t have to own a business), get in touch with us! And yes, you can link back to your own site. The guidelines are here.
