1. This Is an Agreement Between You and 1-Find Services
These Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of 1-Find Services’ services (“Services”), including, without limitation, web pages containing search results, business listings, and other content offered through 1-Find.com.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Services and/or our website, you personally, or on behalf of the entity on which you are using our Services (collectively, “you” or “your”), are accepting all the terms and conditions of this Agreement and are concluding a legally binding agreement with 1-FIND SERVICES (“1-Find,” “us,” or “our”). 1-Find, its affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, directors, and representatives shall collectively be referred to herein as the “1-Find Parties.” If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the website and/or Services. Any capitalized terms in these Terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in our Privacy Policy or Service-Specific Rules.
2. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may change from time to time, and those changes will be available for your review at https://1-find.com/terms-and-conditions/. We will post any changes to the Terms on this website and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice. You should revisit these Terms on a regular basis. You understand and agree that your access to or use of the Services and/or our website is governed by the Terms effective at the time of your access to or use of the Services and/or our website. Your continued use of our Services or our website after any changes have been made will signify your agreement with the changed Terms.

4. Using the Services
a) Grant of Rights
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 1-Find grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Services, including any content available to you via the Services, only as permitted in these Terms.
b) User Accounts
In order to take advantage of certain features of the Services (including, without limitation, the claiming and posting of business listings, submitting reviews, and the receipt of newsletters and special offers), you may be required to create an account with 1-Find (a “1-Find Account”). You represent and warrant that all registration information provided by you in connection with accessing and/or using the Services is true and complete at the time of registration and you undertake to update all such registration information if at any time during your use of the Services it becomes untrue or inaccurate.
1-Find’s use of any Personal Information that you provide to 1-Find during the account creation process is governed by 1-Find’s Privacy Policy, which may be reviewed at https://1-find.com/privacy-policy/. Please note that others may be able to identify you if you include any identifying information as part of your User-Generated Content.
When you create a 1-Find Account, you agree to take full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity that is generated by your account. You agree to immediately notify 1-Find of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
c) Eligibility
The Services and our website are not intended for users under the age of 18. Users under the age of 18 are expressly prohibited from creating a 1-Find Account. By creating an account or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, are of adequate legal competence and/or capacity to enter into and abide by these Terms, are not creating an account in order to compete with 1-Find, and are not otherwise prohibited from using or receiving the Services.
d) No Unlawful or Harmful Use of the Services
You represent and warrant that your usage of the Services will only be for lawful purposes and will be done in accordance with these Terms, any applicable Service-Specific Rules, and all applicable laws generally. You also represent and warrant that you will not use any of the website or Services to violate any law, regulation or ordinance or any right of 1-Find or any third party, including, without limitation, any right of privacy, publicity, copyright, patent or trademark or other intellectual property right.
e) Business Information
By submitting Business Information to 1-Find, you consent to having your Business Information used or otherwise distributed by 1-Find to third parties as permitted in our Privacy Policy. “Business Information” is defined as a business name, website URL, telephone number, physical address, email address, description of business, service areas, business category and/or keyword information, and other contact information. 1-Find will comply with applicable laws at all times in our use or distribution of Business Information.
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to disclose such Business Information to 1-Find. You additionally represent and warrant that any Business Information provided to 1-Find does not and shall not contain any residential contact information, including any personal residential landline or cellular telephone numbers, unless voluntarily published as the official public contact channel for the business.
5. Content
a) Responsibility for Your User-Generated Content
Certain of the Services may permit you to submit reviews (“Reviews”), listings, commentary, postings on message boards, data, text, files, links, software, photographs, graphics, images, video, messages or other materials (collectively “User-Generated Content”). You agree that you will only post User-Generated Content that you are legally entitled to publish, and Reviews that you believe to be true, and that you will not purposely provide false or misleading information.
Unless you have the express consent of the proper owner of any materials that are copyrighted, trademarked or otherwise subject to a proprietary right, you are not permitted to upload, post, or otherwise make such materials available on or through the Services. You are solely liable for any damages that may arise as a result of any infringement of copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, or any other damages that result from materials that you upload or post.
b) Content Guidelines
1-Find has the right, but not the obligation, to refuse to post, edit, delete, truncate or remove any User-Generated Content for any reason, including if the content contains any of the following:
- Offensive, harmful, or abusive language, including expletives, profanities, obscenities, harassment, vulgarities, sexually explicit language and hate speech.
- References to illegal activity, malpractice, purposeful overcharging, false advertising, or health code violations.
- Reviews submitted by the reviewed business’ employees (past or present) or competitors, as determined by 1-Find.
- Reviews that do not address the goods and services of the business or have no qualitative value.
- Personal attacks, physical confrontations, or sexual harassment.
- Personal information including private email addresses, phone numbers, or addresses.
- Messages that are advertising or commercial spam.
- Content intended to impersonate other individuals or entities, or offensive usernames.
- Content that contains viruses, Trojan horses, or malicious code.
- Content that is false, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading.
c) Our Right to Use Your Content; Derivative Works
You hereby grant 1-Find, its subsidiaries, and affiliated companies an irrevocable, unrestricted, royalty-free and perpetual worldwide license to use, reproduce, broadcast, modify, adapt, translate, transmit, store, display, perform, create derivative works based upon, distribute, and promote any User-Generated Content that you submit to or through the Services, in any medium now known or hereafter devised, for editorial, commercial, promotional and all other purposes.
d) Advertising
You understand and agree that the Services may include advertisements and promotional features necessary for 1-Find to provide the directory. Advertisements may appear adjacent to or included with your content without compensation to you.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (1) reverse engineer, decompile, alter, duplicate, scrape or extract information from the website or Services using automated tools, software robots, spiders, or scrapers without express written authorization; (2) connect to or use the Services for unauthorized commercial solicitation or spam; (3) interfere with, block, or disable any advertising element or system security features; (4) overburden or impair the website infrastructure or networks; or (5) transmit vulgar, unlawful, obscene, or fraudulent materials.
7. Termination; Violations; Survival
1-Find may terminate these Terms, or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon such termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. In the event of termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive will survive indefinitely.
8. Policies and Copyright Claims
Privacy: You represent that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, which governs how 1-Find collects, uses, and shares your information.
Copyright Infringement Claims: 1-Find respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us through our Contact Page.
9. Use of User-Generated Content
1-Find does not control, verify, or endorse User-Generated Content posted by third parties and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such content. You agree that you must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any content on the Services.
10. Proprietary Information
The website, directory taxonomy, algorithms, software, servers, branding, formatting, and content are proprietary and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, rent, lease, sell, publish, or exploit any portion of the Services for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

1-Find, 1-Find Services, and related directory logos and marks are trademarks and service marks of 1-Find Services. You agree not to display or use these marks in any manner without express written permission.
12. Information Available from Results Pages
1-Find does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information available via the directory. Business details are provided for informational purposes. 1-Find does not endorse or recommend any particular business, product, or service.
13. Links and Third-Party Services
The directory contains links to third-party websites, businesses, and services. 1-Find provides these links as a convenience only and has no control over third-party content, privacy practices, or availability. Under no circumstances shall access to third-party services give rise to liability for any damage whatsoever.
14. Requests for Removal of Links
If you are the verified owner of a business or website listed in our directory, 1-Find will promptly review and fulfill legitimate requests for modification or removal after verifying your identity.
15. Security and Privacy Limitations
You acknowledge that data transmitted over the Internet may be subject to electronic risks beyond our control. While 1-Find maintains commercially reasonable safeguards, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
16. Disclaimers and No Warranty
THE 1-FIND.COM PARTIES PROVIDE THE SERVICES AND OUR WEBSITE “AS IS,” “WITH ALL FAULTS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” AND THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AND EFFORT IS WITH YOU.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE 1-FIND.COM PARTIES DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS, STATUTORY AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION (1) WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WORKMANLIKE EFFORT, ACCURACY, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND (2) WARRANTIES THAT ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

You agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 1-Find Services and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of content you submit, your use of the Services, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another party.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Tennessee, USA.
YOU AND 1-FIND.COM AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
