The Annual Tree Streets Neighborhood Yard Sale 2026 takes place Saturday, September 12, starting officially at 8 a.m. at the Tree Streets Historic District. Sellers will be located between Roan Street and University Parkway. Shoppers are encouraged to be kind and courteous to the neighborhood, clean up trash, drive slow, and plan to bring cash, as not all sellers accept digital payment.
