Tennessee Hills Distillery is the dream and vision of our founder, Stephen Callahan. The distillery is located in Jonesborough, Tennessee's oldest town, and housed in the very historic Salt House building which was constructed in the1840s and used to store salt during the Civil War era. The building has gone through a very rigorous renovation process and provides the perfect venue for any tourist visiting Jonesborough. While at the distillery, visitors will have the opportunity to witness every aspect of our liquor making process such as mashing/fermenting to the final distillation in our hand-made copper stills that are being built by the fellas at Tennessee Hills Distillery, as well as our bottling and packaging processes. The facility will also provide a tasting bar that will allow our customers and tourist to experience and purchase all of our Tennessee Hills products.

Located on the corner of Spring St and Main, The Corner Cup fits in beautifully with the quaint atmosphere of historic downtown Jonesborough. We serve locally roasted coffee from Elizabethton's Doe River Roasters and offer a plethora of loose-leaf teas from Upton Tea. We offer both hot and iced coffee drinks, and we proudly use organic flavors from Joe's Syrups. We also use Joe's Syrups to make our Italian Sodas for a refreshing summertime drink.

The Syrup Shop is a one stop shop for all things elderberry - syrup, tea, make at home kits and so much more! We are a locally owned family business that takes pride in making all our products on site. Drop by and see for yourself!
