Suspect Identified in Kingsport Cooper Street Explosives Case

The Kingsport Police Department has identified Andrew Mullen, 33, as the primary suspect in the May 6 explosive devices incident that prompted evacuations in the Lynn Garden neighborhood. Mullen was arrested on three counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony and is being held at the Sullivan County Jail. KPD says the investigation remains ongoing and that further charges are pending.
