Modern D-Signs was founded in 1976 by Kurt and Beverly Kummer. Beginning as a small business selling novelty t-shirts, part time at racing events, the company grew quickly, becoming a full time endeavor. With Kurt’s knowledge of offset printing from his family’s offset printing company (Bradfield Printing Company, Helena, AR), it was only natural to move from buying heat transfers from other suppliers to printing their own. With the acquisition of the new equipment in 1977, Modern D-Signs was established as a screen printing company as well as a drag racing souvenir company. In 1981, Modern D-Signs and the Kummers moved from Arkansas to Bristol, TN, and have remained there ever since.

Connect Game Apparel was established in 2002. We are a screen printing and embroidery company that owns and controls our own trademark brand. Our goal is to create sports apparel for the new athletic fashion market.
