Beauty & Health;Emergency Training

Vital CPR delivers comprehensive, in-person CPR instruction certified by the American Heart Association, designed to fulfill workplace compliance standards throughout the Tri-Cities region—Kingsport, Johnson City, and Bristol. Our certified instructors guide each class through hands-on training in small groups, ensuring you gain confidence in recognizing emergencies, performing high-quality chest compressions, and using an automated external defibrillator (AED). Whether you work in healthcare, education, childcare, senior care, construction, or any other field where readiness matters, our curriculum covers adult, child, and infant CPR protocols along with the latest safety guidelines. Each session includes interactive demonstrations and realistic practice scenarios, so you leave feeling prepared to act decisively. We schedule classes at convenient times—including evenings and weekends—to fit busy workdays, and our flexible registration process allows you to choose a location close to home or the office. Upon successful completion, you’ll receive an official AHA certification card valid for two years, confirming your skills meet or exceed OSHA and other industry requirements. With Vital CPR, you’re not just checking a box—you’re investing in the confidence and competence to save a life.
